Do I need a PNNL Visitor Badge?
If you are a U.S. citizen:
If you are a U.S. citizen and only wish to attend the AIRES sessions that take place in PNNL’s Discovery Hall, you do not need to obtain a PNNL visitor badge.
If you are a U.S. citizen and want to attend AIRES sessions plus other events taking place elsewhere on the PNNL campus (e.g., facility tours), you must obtain a PNNL visitor badge. Visitor badges are processed in advance. The event organizers will send a form to you in advance to complete and return. When you arrive, you will need to present a valid driver’s license or other form of identification to pick up your visitor badge.
If you are not a U.S. citizen:
If you are not a U.S. citizen, you will need to submit paperwork in advance before your AIRES registration can be finalized. Event POC, Tanya Kauer, will reach out to you directly to initiate the paperwork once your registration request has been submitted.
